Grand Hyatt Amman Residences, Amman

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the service was quite friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed. However, the room left much to be desired as it was in desperate need of maintenance and cleanliness. The location was decent, and I appreciated the free breakfast for club floor guests, but overall, I felt the hotel didn't quite hit the mark in terms of value for the price I paid.
